		<description>I agree code reviews have a very large ROI. It can be very valuable to expose programmers to how their peers break down logic. Code reviews also help you spot different types of developers. Some developers are always willing to not only break down the code they are looking at, but help others understand how simple code decisions can have an impact on other parts of their program. It also makes it easy to tell the person who always thinks everyone else writes stupid code. You can tell those are the type of people that you normally do not want to work with, even if they are a genius developer.

 It is important to note that the overall tone of a code review should be positive. Even if a developer does something horribly wrong, it should be taken as an opportunity to teach rather than destroy. The developer should be able to learn from what others are telling them, but more importantly should learn how to expand the way they view code. It&#039;s always better to have more tools in the toolbox.</description>
